Our Story
We don’t stop exercising because we get old, we get old because we stop exercising.

The Extraordinary Story
My journey in fitness began inside the walls of a typical big-box corporate gym. I was grateful for the start(shout-out to Frank Mattioli), but I quickly realized that the environment didn’t reflect the kind of experience I wanted people to have. There were so many things I saw—things I knew in my heart I’d do differently if I ever had the chance to open my own space. I wanted more than machines and memberships. I wanted connection. I wanted community.
As I worked with more and more clients one-on-one, I discovered that I had a real passion—and a knack—for helping people not only get stronger physically, but also feel better mentally and emotionally. I began to understand that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. People of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds deserve to feel safe, supported, and empowered when they walk through the doors of a gym.
But this journey isn’t just about helping others—it’s also deeply personal. I’ve dealt with my own struggles with health, weight, and self-confidence. I know what it feels like to yo-yo, to not feel comfortable in your own skin, and to wonder if you’ll ever find a routine that actually sticks. That’s why creating a space where people feel seen and supported—no matter where they’re starting from—is so important to me. I’ve been there. And I want everyone who walks through our doors to know they’re not alone.
With that vision in mind, I took a leap and opened my own studio—a humble 1,300-square-foot space. It wasn’t big, but it had heart. And from day one, it was built on a foundation of hard work, genuine care, and the belief that everyone deserves a place where they can grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Thanks to an amazing community and a dedicated team, that little space kept growing. Today, we’re proud to call a 5,000-square-foot facility home, and we’ve had the privilege of serving over a thousand incredible individuals along the way.
Every day, I wake up grateful to do what I love—helping people change their lives, feel their best, and find their strength. And as a bonus? It’s also given me a safe place to sing, dance like everyone’s watching, and just be 100% myself. That energy is part of what makes our community so special—we show up, we lift each other up, and we have a damn good time doing it.
